Chiricahua Saturday May 23rd - Monday May 25th Get ready for a three day weekend of fun! We’ll be camping and exploring in the Chiricahua Mountains in Southeastern Arizona. This car camp will include plenty of hikes both within and outside of the Chiricahua National Monument. We depart early Saturday morning and return on Monday (Memorial Day) evening. We will stay at one of the primitive campsites in Coronado National Park that are car accessible (Pinery Canyon is our first choice, then Rustler Park, then Herb Martyr). Pinery Canyon is 7 miles from the entrance to the National Monument and there are plenty of trails close to the campsites. Wildlife and incredible scenery will be very plentiful! See attached flyer for more details. |
