These sub-pages have the minutes for the Monthly Troop Committee meetings. These minutes have contact details and so are in the password protected area, see Web Policy and Contacts for more information.

These Troop Committee Meetings are open to all Scout parents - but please contact the Committee Chair to let them know you are coming so they can allow for the expected number of attendees and can provide you with appropriate location details & directions.

The minutes also contain the outline agenda & logistics for the next meeting and will be updated with any major changes.

Troop Committee meetings are usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month unless that is on or near a holiday or has a conflict with other activities when it will be rescheduled. Troop Committee meetings are not held during the summer break - so typically there is no meeting in July.
