Fundraising Support Team :

The fundraising team supports the Fundraising Coordinator (a Committee Officer) in the implementation of the fund raising plans for the Troop.

Duties:

These fundraising roles can be varied in many ways and occasional or mostly continuous through the year. The Troop will likely have regular Scout account fundraisers (e.g. Donut/Drinks sales at Corpus Christi - on an almost weekly basis) and also several major annual fundraisers.

Volunteer opportunities run from helping plan the overall program of events - to taking on ownership of a specific event - to individual participation in events - all types of help are much appreciated.

Individual roles are very varied and hard to classify: they range from transportation, communication, publicity, promotional, accounting, cashiers, working with suppliers, organizing materials, managing sales, notifications & distributions and leading/coordinating Scouts.

Some roles can be performed individually from home or may be 'hands-on' help or involve leading Scouts in activities while others still may be more directly sales/customer service oriented. We will usually have options for you to participate!
