Order of the Arrow Troop Representative - Job Description:  

Must be an Order of the Arrow member who attends OA meetings and communicates relevant information to the Troop as a whole and works with Troop OA members

Duties:

- Attends OA lodge/chapter meetings

- Acts as a communication link between the lodge or chapter and the troop
 
- Encourages Troop year round camping activities

- Encourages older Scout's participation in high adventure programs

- Supports leadership skills training in the Troop

- Encourages Scouts' participation with community service projects

- Encourages Arrowmen to assume leadership positions in the Troop.

- Encourages Arrowmen in the troop to be active participants in the lodge and/or chapter
