NB In Troop election/selections for this role - first preference is given to Scouts at First Class Rank and above.

- Keeps a log of all PLC meetings

- Keeps Troop records of dues & collects payments (works with Troop Treasurer)

- Keeps records of advancements (working with the Advancement Coordinator)
