Scoutcraft - Development:

Help needed with site materials:

Scoutmasters, Parents and Senior Scouts - I am looking for help to develop these 'Scoutcraft' pages with additional materials for the following topic areas (or propose some of your own). You do not need to be a web expert - only a content area expert, please contact me with your ideas. 

Since each of these already have sections in the Scout handbook its is intended that these pages go beyond what the handbook provides in descriptions, background, techniques, reminders, checklists and especially in providing specific examples, photographs and  animations etc. see the existing examples.

Camp Cooking - Food pyramid, example menu selections, food storage/prep for camp cooking

Poisonous Plants - Identification of local varieties (photos), treatment

Water Rescue - Techniques, Guidelines, examples (photos)

Lashing Camp Gadget Ideas - examples with diagrams lashing types & photos
